These terms govern your use of fixhackedwordpress.com and our WordPress malware removal and security services. By requesting our services, you agree to them.
We provide WordPress malware removal, hack recovery, blacklist and suspension recovery, security hardening, audits, and ongoing maintenance and monitoring. The exact scope of each job is what we agree on with you before work begins.
For cleanup services, we work on a fix-first basis: we clean and secure your site first, and payment is due only after the agreed issue has been resolved. If we cannot resolve it, you owe nothing for that cleanup. This guarantee applies to the specific infection or issue agreed at the start of the job, not to unrelated problems discovered later.
You confirm that you own the website or are authorized to request work on it. To do our job we typically need access such as WordPress admin, hosting, FTP/SFTP, or database credentials, which you agree to provide. We recommend keeping your own backup before work begins; we also take a backup where possible.
Credentials you share are used only to perform the agreed work, are shared only with team members working on your site, and we recommend you rotate them once the job is complete. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We remove the infection, close the entry point we identify, and harden your site. However, no one can guarantee a website will never be attacked again. If the same infection returns shortly after a cleanup through the same entry point, we will re-clean it at no charge within the warranty window agreed for your job. New, unrelated compromises (for example, through newly disclosed vulnerabilities or leaked passwords) are not covered.
Prices are quoted before work starts. Cleanup work is billed after completion under the fix-first guarantee. Recurring services (maintenance, monitoring) are billed in advance for each period and can be cancelled before the next billing period.
We work carefully on live, already-compromised systems, but you accept that such work carries inherent risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the job in question. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue, lost rankings, or data loss caused by the original hack.
We may decline or stop work on sites involved in illegal activity, or where we cannot verify ownership or obtain the access needed to do the job safely.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
